You may wish to look at /var/log/maillog and /var/log/messages for further input as to why the messages were not delivered.

Jus log into your sever thru shell and u wil be able to see the logs...

Use "cat /var/log/maillog" and "cat /var/log/messages" to display it.

U can also grep with the particular email address in that logs..ie "grep emailaddress /var/log/maillog" etc etc...and same on other logs too...

    Check also "/var/log/exim_mainlog"

    Cheers!!!

Are you using PHP mail() function to send email ? If yes and you are not running suPHP then make sure that you have not selected option "Prevent Nobody user from sending out the emails" in tweak setting. If this is shared server it is recommended to select this option and use SMTP authentication script (like phpmailer) to send email.
