Hi sajithgsm,

Headers or other lines in the email may be longer than the character limit which triggers this error.

The issue may be related to sending emails via Outlook. A fix has been published to cPanel version 102.0.2.

Thanks.

Regards,

It appears users moving from v100 to v102.0.8 once again seeing that under certain circumstances outbound email bounces with an error similar to the following:

"1nBxPK-0023Ax-M1 ** [email protected] R=dkim_lookuphost T=dkim_remote_smtp: message has lines too long for transport"

Cpanel's team opened an internal case for their development team to investigate this further. For reference, the case number is CPANEL-40305. Follow this article to receive an email notification when a solution is published in the product.

>>Workaround<<
None at this time

There's been a few threads on this so I didn't see this one to mention the update. If you're still seeing the issue, you can adjust that value in WHM >> Exim Configuration editor under the " Maximum line length for SMTP transports (Minimum: 1; Maximum: 65,536)" option.
