I currently transfer some of my own sites from my customer's dedicated server to my VPS server.
After removing i can able to send mail but not receive any mails.
Outlook 2007 report no problem. So i check in mail account through cpanel and able to send but waiting for hours my just replied mail.

Did you check the ns records regarding the mail server configuration?
It seems that you are able to send but when you try to receive they do not arrive, so maybe the mails are arriving to the old mail server. Because you used web mail to send mails they are being sent through the new server without issues. Also it could be a posibility that the domain has an external mail server.
