Mail sent to receiver but bounces

Whenever I sent a mail to some specific email of our domain, they get the mail, but I also receive a bounced message. Here is the bounce mail:

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

That bounce is coming from mailchannels you'll need to address the issue with them.
