Logs (exim) shows a lot of these for various IPs, domains, users

Example:

2006-10-03 13:01:34 unexpected disconnection while reading SMTP command from (domainonserver.com) [124.60.25.93]


I have done...

reseteximtodefaults
eximup --force
fixmailman
mailperm
fixcommonproblems
upcp --force
fixrelayd

What else? The log error was AFTER I ran the above
