Help solve the problem. Have an account with one mailbox. To account quota is 200 MB. When the quota ends -
the mailbox is full, the client can not go through the webinterface (mydomen: 2095). Error 500 the excess quota. The client can not go to the mailbox and delete messages.
    Help solve this.

    Hello :)

You will need to increase the quota for the account in order to access Webmail to delete the messages. If you do not have the ability to increase the quota, you can use FTP or File Manager to manually delete email messages from the following locations:

    # /home/username/mail/domain.com/email-account/cur
    # /home/username/mail/domain.com/email-account/new
    # /home/username/mail/domain.com/email-account/.Sent

    Thank you.

Thank you. I as an administrator to increase the quota, the customer cleaned the box and I put the old value of the quota. But this is a primitive way of solving the problem. Prompt can be configured WHM to fix it so that the client could go even with a full mailbox?

WHM > Server Configuration > Tweak Settings > Notification tab, Enable mailbox usage warnings

When you enable this you'll be offered some options for this to give early warning notices. The warnings should be obeyed and not ignored. If ignored, no way in after its full without increasing account size as cPanelMichael has suggested.
