mailbox help [moved]

Im trying to use a mailbox program for my cpanel mail something like outlook but i can't send mail i get this error

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Subject 'test', Account: 'Kyle', Server: 'mail.flashnetworks.biz', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

anyone know how to fix that?

Your best option would be to contact your hosting provider for support.

The error message shows that the port 25 blocked for you. This can be happened due to the following reasons:

1)Problems with the email service on the server.
2) Your ISP/firewall may be blocking the port 25.

Contact your webhost to check if there is any problems with the mail server and if not, disable the antivirus settings and try the same again. iIf the issue still persists, contact your ISP to check whether they have blocked the port 25.

mine was blocked too, and I tried the port 26 and it is working perfectly!!

so I recommend you try changing from port 25 to port 26...I hope it works!
