anyone know where or if one exists??

A mailbox scanner which the root whm can monitor all mailboxes on their server, lists their mailbox size and be able to clean the boxes which are abusing the server. Currently if there is an exim problem due to someone not cleaning their box and it starts to effect the server we need to know who is the culprid, assess the problem. And as it stands right now the only way we can login to their boxes to do this is if we know their password. there should be a root login for every box, where you can choose what box you want from a dropdown menu.

    Anyone know of this exists??

    Go on, have a guess
I don't see how the size of a POP3 mailbox file has anything to do woth the SMTP server which simply appends new email to it. It may well affect cppop response times, but I can't see any reason why it would affect exim.
