    Hello,

From the date the convert2maildir was run, the Bandwidth stats in cPanel is showing pop3 trafic as zero for all days subsequent to that. I have checked this on one of the busy accounts. SMTP trafic shows fine. POP3 always ZERO

    Can others confirm on this?

    TIA

Any official word from cpanel on this? I am on CentOS 4.2/CURRENT 74.
Half cooked conversion wasn't/isn't really a joy particularly in absence of ever conspicuous documentation. I am not too worried about bandwidth from overshooting point of view on server level, but only worried about the client shooting back to us as irresponsible service providers and we can't be playing a game of musical chairs passing on the blame to someone else.

No one has seen this anomaly? Any feedback please? Info needed so as to decide where to look for solution -- cpanel or theDC...

    TIA

If you have done the maildir conversion, then:

Go to Web/FTP Stats in any cpanel account (where you have pop traffic expected)
    Click On Bandwidth
    Click On The Current Month

If you see POP traffic reported Zero and would like the same to be corrected by cPanel at the earliest Vote For This:

    http://bugzilla.cpanel.net/show_bug.cgi?id=3388

I had opened a TT but the resposne was that the matter is with the development team and there is NO ETA as to when this would be fixed. With this there, Bandwidth Reporting is broken.

    Cheers
