maildir conversion - where are the emails?!

    Hi

    I have the the maildir conversion. Now when accessing the horde ou squirrel my clients have no emails there. I'm shure something must have gone wrong, but what?

    I believe you need to resubscribe to all the IMAP folders. You can do that in Squirrelmail, I know. You just click Folders, then scroll down to the bottom and resubscribe to the various mail folders.

    I only have one folder, the INBOX, that is already subscribed. But the emails do not appear:\

    Did you carefully follow the log during the conversion? Were there any errors? Have you tried upgrading to the latest version of the cPanel tree you are using and running:

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/convertmaildir

    After doing all that, have you logged a ticket directly with cPanel?

    If not, then you should search the forums before opening a new thread since those have all been mentioned before.

    I have done all that. Since I am unnable to receive emails from @cpanel.net ( I have sent a ticket about that issue, but with no sucess to this time) I had no other choise than to open a new ticket. And my problem continues.
