    I have several clients reporting this problem sending email
    They receive an email like this after sending email ;

    ================================================
    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
    recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    james@domai.com
    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    host domain.com [64.25.24.9]: 550 Administrative prohibition
    ================================================

    What does it mean and how to avoid this error ?

    Thank you

    You need to monitor your exim mainlog and watch for the errors generated when they send their email and work with that.

    Thanks.
    Meanhwile I disabled "Verify the existance of email senders." from WHM exim config and it fixed the problem .

    Could be fine to know how works exactly the feature "Verify the existance of email senders." ; I cannot find nothing about it on docs

    As I said, the log files should indicate why that feature is not working. If you want to know what it does, go over to www.exim.org and lookup about verify = sender
