The system currently forwards mail for “root” to “mymail@gmail.com”.
The system currently forwards mail for “cpanel” to “mymail@gmail.com”.
The system currently forwards mail for “nobody” to “mymail@gmail.com”.


The notification level is medium and high.

In notification you have many options. Which one should be the autoresponder?

Catch any email that is sent to an invalid email address for your domain. For more information, read the documentation.

Managing:

Default Address Maintenance
Send all unrouted email for the following domain:
Current Setting: :fail: No Such User Here

If you can send an email and you get an auto response properly, we can assume that's working under normal circumstances.

Does the account have a valid email address setup under Contact Information for the account? Top right corner of the cPanel, where the user's name is shown, is a menu with a link to Contact Information.
