Mailing list access not showing in cPanel menus

Hi,
The "Mailing List" option under the "Mail" menu for cPanel recently disappeared and I have no idea how to access it or make it reappear. Our mailing lists are down (probably related), and I need this access in order to make changes, etc. to the lists.

Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this problem? I'm a beginner with this so hopefully it isn't too complicated.

If the mailing lists are down, you should have our technical analysts take a look at this for you.

Otherwise, if it is only the icon that has disappeared, be sure to check the feature lists (WHM -> Packages -> Feature Manager) to ensure the mailing list option has not become de-selected.

It selected, but only some accounts have it on their cpanel menu, the others don't.

If it is selected on all feature lists and those accounts do have privileges to create mailing lists, you may want to have our technical analysts take a look at this for you.
