Everytime I send a mail to the list, the recipient receive the email with the footer (That usually come with an attachment).

The footer I notice is from "Non-digest options" setting.

Is there a way to remove the attachment but remain the footer added to the mail?
If not, how to remove the attachment and the footer?

    Thanks.

I'd suggest you have a look through the Mailman documentation over on that apps site for help with configuring it:

    Slightly old post, but anyway...

In having this problem, it turns out that sending messages to the list in HTML format instead of plain-text causes the header/footer info to not appear correctly.

So, if you want the footer to appear within the message and not as an attachment... send the message as plain text. This was also preventing the header from showing at all in my situation.
