Mailing List Problems

I am new to these forum so please be lenient if I've posted this in the worng place!

I have a mailing list set up in Mailman within cPanel with around 650 members - it is set up with one moderator to be used for newsletters. I tested it with a few users initially and all worked fine but since adding all the users the newsletters seem to be only getting sent out to a few of the 650 users - I have checked spam filters etc.. within my email accounts which are subscribed and no sign there either.

I have exhausted the Mailman support and resources but everything says that to troubleshoot such a problem you need to see the server e-mail logs to see how many e-mails were actually sent out and if any problems were encountered unfortunately with the cPanel version I have been told you can't do this as there is no root access to the server.

Does anyone have any suggestions for this or know of any way to check what emails have been sent from my server?

Thanks

BTW I am on a Bronze ADT Hosting package which came with cPanel pre-installed.

It could be that you are exceeding the max emails per hour limit. You could ask your provider to raise your limit if that is the problem.

The other possibility is the email addresses entered had incorrect addresses, but that would be apparent by looking at the email addresses.

Thanks Ron - have been through all the e-mail addresses to check if any are malformed but all looks well there.

Will get in touch with the hosting provider - hopefully they will be able to help.
