    Hey,

I'm pretty sure this comes under security, hence the thread here.

One of my clients raised a complaint saying that the messages his company sends using the mailing lists are showing up on Google search results and can be accessed by anyone, no password protection or anything.

Has anyone experiences such a problem?

Secondly, I've gone through mailing list options but can't seem to find an option to prevent unauthorized viewing of these messages.

    Please help.
