Mailing list view problem !

The mail list work ok but if I try to change it or view it i can see it ?
In the firs time i thing that is hard trafic problem but it does not work at all in 6am or 6 pm.
I can not view who is subscribe to my mail list ...
Can someone tell me where is the problem or what can I do..

I solve it

The problem is in mx adress at my EX internet provider .
After the site was dislocate the admin did not clean the mx record..
