    Morning All,

Be Gentle I am newbie and not massively techie. Yet that is

So I have managed to play around and get Mail forwarding to work. But my next challenged has stumped me.

I want to set up a number of mailing list so that external clients can email a number of employees within our company in regards to work they want completing.

I have tried playing around with the settings but to no avail, we have tried entering common expressions in for the external email address but no luck.

Is there anything else that can be done to make this easier to accomplish

any help or ideas would be class

    Mailman is made for this

Have you tried creating a Mailman mailing list? It will do what you want. You can create a mailing list using the "Mailing List" area in your account's cPanel. The following section of our documentation explains cPanel's Mailman implementation:

    Mailing Lists

For even more information about Mailman, its documentation is available here:

Jarad thanks for the tips. I have tried some more playing around. Still havent figured out how to let all external email with out having to go through the approval process.

Apologies for the amateur reply on steep learning curve at the moment

    Oli
