Mailman 3 with Postorius UI + HyperKitty

Howdy!

My VPS (CentOS v7.9.2009 virtuozzo [server] v100.0.11) is running Mailman 2.

1) What would it take to upgrade to Mailman 3 with Postorius UI + HyperKitty?

2) What would it take to import a Mailman archives export from another server into a new Mailman list? The archives are in a single GZ file in .mbox format.

Hey there! I just checked an AlmaLinux 8 machine and that also has the Mailman v2 package. While you could manually install a newer version, that would need to be done outside of cPanel tools, and that installation likely would not integrate with any existing cPanel features.

The archives are stored in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/archives/ and in there you'll see the /private and /public directories. You would just need to place the filename.mbox file in one of those locations after it is unzipped and I would expect that to work.
