mailman and weird results

    Almost sure this is rather simple, then again, I thought doing my taxes would be easy this year too... ;-)


    * (logged in)
    * mailman list created in cpanel
    * go to url: http://domain.tld:2082/mailman/admin/listname_domain.tld
    * for some reason this pops up a &Save As& dialog box in a browser

    I'm at a loss. Anyone?

    That URL doesn't look right-

    it should be :

    http://HOSTNAME.YOURSERVER.NET/mailman/admin/LIST_NAME

    .............. ?
    You don't go through the cpanel user-end port to get to the mailman admin. The links inside the cpanel are links that should go to something similar to the above.

    If you haven't got suexec on the server try the URL without :2082 and it should work. If you have suexec use the format in Feanor's post.
