mailman archives removed but disk usage continues high

    What method are you using to check the disk space usage for the account? Have you tried using the find command to search for files owned by that user? EX:

    # find / -uid # > /root/filesowned.out

    Yes, I tried it. It just shows files in:
    /home
    /proc
    /tmp
    /var/tmp
    /etc

    I check user quota using user cpanel or whm->list accounts
