mailman: ascii encoding error

Mailman problem:

Mail is not sent to list members.

Other lists on same (sub)domain have no problems.

I checked mailman error log.

It says:

Uncaught runner exception: ASCII encoding error: ordinal not in range (128)

What is this and how do I solve it?

How can I see which list generates the error?
