    Hello,
i suspended a user who was running a heavy mailing list,
eventhough he was suspended within few seconds of his bulk mailing activity,
the mailman-bounces is filling up my queue and are getting delivered to root's mail ID.

2 things which came to my mind.

1). how to stop mailman from processing the suspended user.
2). how to discard the bounces, is it safe to do so ?

some details from one of the bounce message to help

I am also having this problem 5 days after the event.

Server load is very high and I have to keep deleting thousands of mails from the mail queue.
