Hi,

I've just discovered the new delegation feature, which would come in handy for me.
However, in the webmail interface, I can't seem to find the link to the mailing list administration.

Do I need to configure anything else besides delegation to enable the feature?

Hello :)

Yes, you must delegate access to the mailing list to an email account first via:

"cPanel >> Mail >> Mailing Lists"

You will see a "Delegation" option next to the specific mailing list under "Current Lists". Make one of your available users a "List Administrator", and when that user access Webmail, the option below the webmail selection, and to the far right after logging in, will state "Mailing Lists".

Thank you.

Do you have root access to this system? If so, please open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. Otherwise, please contact your web hosting provider so they can investigate why the link to the mailing list is not available.

Thank you.

Thanks,

I've just created the ticket.
Could you let us know the ticket number? Or, was the ticket opened with your hosting provider?

Thank you.

To update, we were unable to reproduce the issue with test email accounts, and we are now awaiting further login details from the user.

Thank you.
