Mailman has a problem on one account, I am not sure if this is a bug or just a configuration issue.

any ideas?

Here is a mailman error the customer sees

We\'re sorry, we hit a bug!
Mailman experienced a very low level failure and could not even generate a useful traceback for you. Please report this to the Mailman administrator at this site.

here is the log entry the error causes.

That isn\'t very helpful.
THANKS a lot MAILMAN

I would think permissions might be an issue, or a corrupted requests.db ? Check out this thread and run that check_perms thing-
http://support.cpanel.net/new/viewthread.php?tid=1032

Otherwise recreating the list from scratch is probably the way to go if the error continues and the logs don\'t spawn anything better- (don\'t forget something might be in the apache error_log as well)

:D
