Mailman lists started today not sending emails to list members, in the error logs we are seeing this. Any idea how to fix this?

    Try either:

    /scripts/upcp --force

    or:

    /scripts/reinstallmailman

Then the only other one might be /scripts/reinstallmailman if that doesn't help you might need to log a ticket through your cPanel license provider to have cPanel look at it if noone else has any ideas.

Everything works except when member sends email to list other members do not get the email.
The bouncing and moderator functions work as they should, also the subscribe and un subscribe function works.

Looks like a issue with the latest edge based on the fact we now have 7 servers with the same issue.....

I've just been informed of an issue where if a list member sends an email to the list, it does not show up in Mailman for the list owner to approve.

If someone not on the list sends an email, it does show up for approval.

I'm also running the latest edge build on this server, so perhaps there is a bug with Mailman in the latest edge builds, as I've encountered a few problems recently with it.

Install edge 25 and then run /scripts/fixmailman

I did that....still have a problem. Also when I manually issue "service mailman restart" I get an error stating that the Site list is missing: mailman

I've tried all the fix/reinstall scripts.....any ideas? Somehow cpanel is able to start it when I run fixmailman, but if I manually restart it, it bombs.

Strange...even though I know I already did this....here's what my fix was:

    /scripts/upcp --force
    /scripts/reinstallmailman

Everything looks good now, messages are being delivered to all receipients the test mailing lists I have setup.

It might also be a good thing to note that the RedHat mailman RPM was just installed on my server for some reason as part of an up2date command that was run doing a /scripts/upcp....I removed that rpm and then ran the above steps. There may be some kind of conflict, and I'm still not sure how the mailman rpm got installed on my server.

The following fixed it for me too:

    /scripts/upcp --force
    /scripts/reinstallmailman

It didn't fix it for me.
All the messages for all the lists are still shunted.

    Anyone else seeing that?

I fixed this by downgrading to STABLE and reinstalling mailman.

    working now for me.

Downgrading to stable corrected the problem. The version of mailman that was not working was mailman 2.1.7cp. The previous working version was 2.1.7. Where did this "cp" version come from?
