Mailman failing because it BROKEN!

    Again, msgs get stuck in the queue and cannot be delivered to totally legitate email address because there is something BROKEN in mailmain.

    SMTP<< 220 ******2****************************************0*****************************
    SMTP>> EHLO server50
    SMTP<< 500 Syntax error, command unrecognized
    SMTP>> HELO server
    SMTP<< 250 xxx12.Coors.com
    SMTP>> MAIL FROM:
    SMTP<< 250 OK
    SMTP>> RCPT TO:

    Sytax error? How can that be? If mailman was parsing msgs properly for outbound delivery there would be no syntax error!

    EHLO server50 would not be a correctw ay to issue a EHLO statement, it would be correct if it were:

    EHLO server.domain.com

    The syntax error should ( keyword: should ) not matter, since it will fall back on HELO like it shows.
