Ever since we upgraded to Cpanel 7 and Mailman 2.x.x we have had nothing but problems with mailman.. We receive bounced messages on a daily basis, sometimes 5 or 6 messages a day. Then we get angry clients wanting to know why they cant post to their own mailling and why they are being bounced. What is the solution and when will this issue be fixed? Can anybody post a solution to this annoying problem?

We also see many email addresses that are mailling list addresses that are stuck in the queue. Undeliverable mail, frozen message etc. Mailling lists messages are only being delivered to a few people on the list the rest get stuck in the queue and build up and never go anywhere.

The attached message was received as a bounce, but either the bounce
format was not recognized, or no member addresses could be extracted
from it. This mailing list has been configured to send all
unrecognized bounce messages to the list administrator(s).

    Dear JPmorgan,

Try running the mailq command from command line and see for you get any errors.

    Also, try using

exim -d5 -bt username(listname) at domainname

to find out if that address can be resolved, and to hopefully give hints as to whats wrong. Support Ticket Number:
