Mailman language does not change.

Hi,

Even if I choose other language from language options of Mailman, the language of administration general option section page never changes. It remains as English.

Only a selected language appears in "Go to the general list information page"
How can I fix it?

The version is WHM10.1.0 Cpanel 10.2.0S83 & Fedora Core2

Change the Cpanel build, run /scripts/upcp and check the same again.
Also run
/usr/bin/python2 /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mailmanctl -s start
