Is there a place in WHM to set/reset the Mailman Master Password? So that you can log into a customer's Mailman list without knowing their individual list password?

I have not found it in WHM. You need to ssh into the server to change it using the command:
python /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/mmsitepass
You should be prompted to enter the password twice.
