mailman not sending

Mailman has been working prior to today. Now it wont distribute
to any of the mailing lists. The email just disappears.
Nothing is showing in the mailman logs about it going out
or getting bounced.

Any ideas on finding the source of the problem?

there has to be something either in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/logs or /var/log/exim_mainlog that explains what is happening.

or if something extremely crazy is going on, you might have some detail in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log , if http submissions to mailman are screwing up everything....
