My clients were reporting "bug in mailman" problem, so after googling that i tried to apply these fixes that i found here:
    Bug in Mailman version 2.1.11.cp3
    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/check_db
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/check_perms
    /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/check_perms -f
    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/fixmailman
    /scripts/reinstallmailman
    chmod 02775 -R /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/

and after that, the problem changed to 500 server error... so I prob just made it worse...

Looking around for the error logs i found this:
    Code:
[Fri Jan 13 15:45:56.004563 2017] [cgi:error] [pid 9529] [client xx.xx.xx.xx:64317] AH01215: User mismatch error. Should have started with EUID set to mailman: /usr/local/cp$
    [Fri Jan 13 15:45:56.004594 2017] [cgi:error] [pid 9529] [client xx.xx.xx.xx:64317] AH01215: : /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/cgi-bin/admindb
[Fri Jan 13 15:45:56.004603 2017] [cgi:error] [pid 9529] [client xx.xx.xx.xx:64317] End of script output before headers: admindb

    (xx.xx.xx.xx to hide my ip)

    Any ideas?

Are you running PHP as mod_ruid2 ? If so, then that is likely the problem. MailMan is only accessible from within cPanel interface when running as mod_ruid2
