mailman shows Internal server error

Hello,

In my cPanel server, all mailing lists shows 500 Internal server error. I have made no changes in the server.
I tried checking the permissions. Its all fine.

I also tried /scripts/upcp, /scripts/fixmailman and also /usr/local/cpanel/bin/mailman-install --force

Still, if I login to cPanel -> Mailing Lists -> Modify, it shows Internal Server error.

In apache logs, I see


Permission denied: exec of '/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/cgi-bin/admin' failed

But the permissions are fine and ownership is mailman.


Can anyone please help?

Hello

I have seen that error message in the past when a "grsec" kernel was installed. Could you check to see which kernel your system uses? You can use the following command:

# uname -a
