[mailman] some mails do not arrive

I work on a website of an association and we manage the lists with mailman ( 80 people) on a cpanel (o2switch).
Some accounts (at least two) are not able to post: they don't get error messages, the mails are archived, but don't reach the list subscribers.
All email addresses are configured in the same way on maiman.

Do you have a lead? (I'm not a developer, just a web integrator)

Hey there! If the message is getting set to an archived state then it is reaching Mailman itself properly, so the issue would be somewhere within Mailman. The first place I would look for additional details would be the /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/logs/ file, as that would show any issues with the Mailman tools. However, you would need to have root access to the server in order to do this, so if you only have cPanel access you would need to speak with the hosting provider or datacenter to have them check that file and do some additional digging on their end.
