Hello Guys,

Mailman throws 404 error

Not Found

The requested URL /pipermail/orch-domain.us/index.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The error message you provided indicates a symlink race condition protection is in-place. You can review more about this here:
