Mailman throws 404 error

    Hello Guys,

    Mailman throws 404 error

    ===============

    Not Found

    The requested URL /pipermail/orch-domain.us/index.html was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache error log:
    File does not exist: /home/jeff/public_html/404.shtml

    Let me know how to fix this Please.

    Could you verify which particular patch you are using?
