mailman doesn't seem to want to work for me.

I've tried everything I've found so far, to no avail. It all started because when I create a mailing list in CPanel everything goes fine, but the list is never created!

I ran /scripts/fixmailman . . /scripts/reinstallmailman . . moved /mailman to /mailman-old and tried /scripts/upcp but all it did was create the /mailman folder, no files are in it!

Anyone else have this problem or any suggestion?

I have the same problem. When I create a list it says everything went fine but the list never appears anywhere.

My problem was that my hostname on the Defaults.py of mailman was wrong. I had this corrected but this file was not updated yet.
I ran the reinstallmailman and all is fine now.
    Check the error.log
