mailnull process in exim what's this?

hi,
i have a lot of mailnull (mailnull is the user that create that process) process on a server as below:

30206 mailnull 15 0 2720 2656 2112 S 0.7 0.2 0:00 exim
----------

Anyone can tell me where this are coming from and what does it do?

This is new for me and show up only afther update to CPanel 7.xx

hmm... I disable exim withing the WHM
but these processes are still active.
