Should I setup the /scripts/mailperm file as a cron job?

I have many domains on web server and I get about one corruted email account a day. Is there any way to have it auto run once or maybe twice a day? Will it hang if I make it a cron job and how would I make it a cron job?

    Thanks in Advanced!

    Go on, have a guess
If you're getting corruption that frequently and can do without Neomail, then converting over to maildir would probably resolve that issue.
