Mailproblem TLS

Some of our customer can't send emails to certains mail server. If i check it in the mail manage queue and want them to deliver it gets a error message:

Can somebody help me out or tell me what my server is doing wrong?

That to hold you, then a note to [email protected] should do the trick.

Thanks! It worked out perfectly!!

Does anybody know why this is? Is this a speciality of exim or does need the other mailserver a correct certificate?
