Mails Missing- Very serious issue

Recently we have been facing issues with e-mails are in outlook sent items but not receiving on recipient end. My service provider saying, he went through the Cpanel logs and nothing shows as this.

This is happening frequently now.

Even the user does not get any bounce back or error message regarding sent e-mail failed but shows in outlook sent items.

Do you have any idea what is happening to those e-mails? how to troubleshoot to find out the cause of it.
If you want I will send my logs which was sent by my cpanel service provider.

Hello :)

Yes, please search the Exim logs for these emails with a command such as:

exigrep user@domain /var/log/exim_mainlog
