mails not going from, main IP of account

    What can be done when emails do not go from, the m,ail IP of the account

    Hello,

    Can you please enable following option in "WHM >> Service Configuration >> Exim Configuration Manager" under the "Domains and IPs" tab:

    "Send mail from account’s dedicated IP address"

    Hello mojamoi,

    Can you please let us know what exact issue your are facing because as per "24x7server" is use for those domain who have dedicated IP. For this setting you need to make sure that reverse DNS entries match the ones in /etc/mail_reverse_dns

    If you are facing issue to send email from your shared email IP then you need to figure out why this happen using bounce back email. Please provide us bounce back email to replicate your issue clearly.
