mailscanner+clamav+pureftp

i use mailscanner+clamav from chirpys webpage the free version not with the interface.
is there any way to compile these together MailScanner / SpamAssassin / ClamAV / DCC / Vipuls Razor and operate properly on centos 5 ?
also is there any way to compile clamav with pureftp ?

It would likely be easier to ask this with the mailscanner support, since they are the experts on what will work in conjunction with that product:

Obviously, SpamAssassin and ClamAV can work together with cPanel, but MailScanner would have its own requirements on what will impede functionality.
