MailScanner failed no email being delivered

MailScanner failed this morning, when I try to restart, this error message:
systemd[1]: Starting MailScanner AntiSpam and AntiVirus...
MailScanner[10210]: Can't locate Sys/Hostname/Long.pm in @INC (you may need to install the Sys::Hostname::Long module...-linux-6
MailScanner[10210]: BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/mailscanner/usr/sbin/MailScanner line 86.
systemd[1]: MailScanner.service: control process exited, code=exited status=2
systemd[1]: Failed to start MailScanner AntiSpam and AntiVirus.
systemd[1]: Unit MailScanner.service entered failed state.
systemd[1]: MailScanner.service failed.

I reinstalled clamav as it seemed to be missing.
No email is being delivered now. Is there a way to temporarily stop MailScanner so email can be delivered while I
try to resolve this problem?

Since posting this, I ran upcp and the email is being delivered again. However MailScanner still won't start. The Long.pm
referred to in the error message is located at /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/configserver/csf/Sys/Hostname/Long.pm
