    * Open a file /etc/clamav.conf and Comment the line Example

    * Then open a file ....../MailScanner-4.22-5/etc/MailScanner.conf and edit the below important lines

    ** %report-dir% = /opt/MailScanner/etc/reports/en

    ** %etc-dir% = /opt/MailScanner/etc

    ** %rules-dir% = /opt/MailScanner/etc/rules

    ** Incoming Queue Dir = /var/spool/

    ** Outgoing Queue Dir = /var/spool/mqueue

    ** Sendmail = /usr/lib/sendmail

    ** TNEF Expander = /opt/MailScanner/bin/tnef --maxsize=100000000

    ** Virus Scanning = yes

** Virus Scanners = none it should changed as clamav

    Note :-

For this I have installed the files inside the /usr/local/src/mailscanner-autoinstall-1.5/MailScanner-4.22-5/ and I have set the link to /opt/MailScanner then only it works.

Eh? All you have to do is:
    tar -xzf mailscanner-autoinstall-1.5.tar.gz
    cd mailscanner-autoinstall-1.5
Why are you doing the rest by hand?
