MailScanner rules question

Hi! Maybe this is a silly question.
But please tell if you know what it is.

yesterday, I created a new account.(domain.com)
and today, I received a MailScanner Report from my server stating


domain.com added to spam.scanning.rules
domain.com added to virus.scanning.rules
domain.com added to spam.action.rules
domain.com added to spamhigh.action.rules
domain.com added to virus.delivery.rules

Is it normal?

I just thought a second that the domain added to those rules mean the domain would be treated as spam from now on or whatever.

Don't forget that this new account will have the default MailScanner settings ... so you may wish to log into the MailScanner front end for this account and change the default.
