You can change the MX of the domain to point to the other server. Check WHM's dns section to change the MX entry for the user. Also you mite want to place the domain in /etc/remotedomains as well.

ssh to the server as root and:

Open /etc/localdomains and remove that domain from that file.

Open /etc/remotedomains and add that domain to that file so that it doesn't get readded to local domains.

This will prevent local mail from being delivered to the local account. Otherwise, all mail sent from any account on the same server will get delivered locally.

In the zone file try creating a subdomain (e.g. mail, but it can be anything you want) with an A record for the mailserver's IP address and then point the MX to the subdomain.

    PHP:
    domain.comMX mail.domain.com.

    mail A 45.38.97.12
Just remember to put the full stops at the end of domain.com. ;)

They confirmed they received the e-mail i sent from yahoo. So the only problem now is that i can't send e-mail from local. Should i add that new entry anyway ?
