MailTrap error (CP Pro)

    I installed CP Pro a bit back and have been having some problems with it, just wondering if anyone's actually found the solution to this, or if anyone else is having this problem:

    I go into mailtrap on an (almost) daily basis, seeing what mail hasn't been responded to (lists, etc), and there's always one or two messages there that should have been whitelisted. In fact, the sender was whitelisted every day, yet I constantly get this error message:

    Just an example there, it doesn't matter the list or address or whatnot, it whitelists the address temporarily, but in 24 hours it's not allowed (again).

    FWIW, I'm using Exim4 w/ MailScanner, don't think that should cause that much interference with the base filtering like this though. Any thoughts, ideas? Anyone else had the same issue?
