I have a Cpanel configured so I have my main url just off the www folder. I am also hosting clients with addon Domains off the www folder, in their own folders.

Is there a way I can put my own domain's files into a folder off the www folder so I can not mix my clients folders up with my own files.

    Cheers Possumnz

While you cannot currently change the directory for your main site's served files (~/public_html, also symlinked as ~/www), you can change the directory for addon domains in the X3 theme. You need to use the X3 theme for this functionality. When creating a new add-on domain, instead of having it in ~/public_html/addonname where addonname is the name for the addon domain, simply change that path to something like ~/addons/addonname or whatever path designation you desire.
