I don't know how it happened, but a main domain of one account has been added as a parked domain on another account.

    Code:
    Account1
    Main domain: account1.ltd

    Account2
    Main domain: account2.ltd
    Parked domain: www.account1.ltd
We managed to solve the problem temporary by editing out the errornous parked domain from a file at
    - /var/cpanel/userdata/username/
    and write-protect the file.

The problem is the files at /var/cpanel/userdata/username/ gets rewritten and we don't know from where the data is taken to rewrite these files. By write-protect the files at /var/cpanel/userdata/username/ they didn't get modified and httpd.conf was rewritten correctly.

My question: From where does the system take the information it needs to rewrite the files at:
    - /var/cpanel/userdata/
By knowing this I can completely remove the parked domain.

    More info:

The system won't let me remove the parked domain, reason being it's a main domain of another account, and the errornous virtual host is placed above the real one in httpd.conf so the wrong site is showing.

The errornous Virtual Host in httpd.conf has this ServerAlias:
    Code:
    ServerAlias www.account2.ltd www.www.account1.ltd www.account1.ltd
