Main domain website issue

I am having an issue setting up a website on my main domain something.hosting. I have the following DNS entries

a record @ ***.***.192.165
a record d1 ***.***.192.162
a record ns1 ***.***.192.162
a record ns2 ***.***.192.163
A record www ***.***.192.165

All the other sites resolve and are set with their nameservers pointed at the 2 ns records but I want the www to point to a cpanel on the server that has the .165 IP to control something.hosting. I will also need a working MX entry to get the email online.

Fixed was a DNS propagation issue compounded by browser caching
